EqualSpeech

EqualSpeech is a week-long sensitivity training program designed to be held by a trained facilitator to introduce the participants to ideas like protected classes, oppression, privilege, and ally-ship, as well as to add their own knowledge, both academic and experiential, to the curriculum.

These modules were written to educate the participants about protected classes, to recognize unfair and discriminatory business practices, and to fight discrimination interpersonally and institutionally.

However, EqualSpeech is not intended to be comprehensive nor stagnant, but with each teaching, members can add their knowledge and opinions, as well as communicating with each other in an open forum.
